Our services

Independent Audit Limited was founded in 2002 to perform independent corporate governance reviews.  In part this means board and board committee reviews required under the Combined Code on Corporate Governance that applies to listed companies, and now in other sectors such as NHS Foundation Trusts, charities and pension fund boards.

But increasingly it also means reviews and advice in other areas of governance: remuneration oversight, ethics and business culture, internal control, risk management and internal audit.  It is this combination of work across the governance framework for a wide range of blue chip organisations that makes IAL’s offering unique.

In simple terms, we help boards know that their governance is doing what it’s supposed to be doing and how it can be improved as the organisation moves forward.
