Combining up-to-date tools with practical guidance, it helps you see what’s working, spot risks and avoid pitfalls – in a cost-effective way.

Thinking Board helps you assess different aspects of your governance framework: the board, the board committees, individual directors, internal audit, external audit, risk management...

From the extensive “question banks” you can pull up questionnaires covering the main governance objectives – strategic leadership, risk oversight, audit and external reporting, remuneration and succession planning.  Then you can tailor these to meet your needs – or set up questionnaires from scratch.

Thinking Board’s not only about board evaluation.  For example, you can use it for regular temperature checks of the board or to move away from an annual evaluation exercise to a continuous development approach.  Or review subsidiary company boards and audit committees .  Audit committees can use it to assess internal and external audit.  Or internal audit can assess performance across the business.
