Using Thinking Board

There are three options:

• Use a questionnaire "as is" - you simply pull it up from a question bank.  There are different questionnaires covering many different topics and using different question types.  The question banks have been put together by people with many years of experience in conducting board and committee performance reviews and looking at the effectiveness of different aspects of governance including risk oversight, internal audit and external audit.  This way you get the benefit of our experience.

• Customise a questionnaire to meet your specific needs: add or remove questions or change the text of the question or possible scores/answers.  This is simple and easy to do online.
• Set up a questionnaire from scratch and use Thinking Board to administer, analyse and report on your own survey questions.

Whichever you do, it's quick and easy.  But one further option is to combine Thinking Board with some consulting support to help you tailor your questionnaires.  This brings challenge and fresh-thinking to help make sure your review is rigorous and focused.
